When you visit the Website, leave comments, contact us, register a user account or process an online order with G-Type we may collect some or all of the following personal data about you:- your name & job title- your company / entity name & VAT number- billing & shipping address - email address- phone number- IP address- preferences defined by you about receiving news and information from G-Type- if you purchase anything on our Website your card information is not held by G-Type, your payment is processed by our gateway partner (currently Stripe) and is protected by SSL encryption.

We obtain information about you when you make a purchase, use a contact form, create a user account or if you register to receive our newsletter.
Like most other websites the G-Type Website uses cookies. You can choose whether or not you wish to receive information from us. From time to time we issue email newsletters to subscribers; you can opt in or out of receiving these emails at any time. We will do our best to act on your preferences as soon as we can, however please be aware that it may take up to 5 days for your preference choices (opt in, opt out, or an unsubscribe) to take effect. Please note that transactional emails relating directly to any purchase from the Website are unaffected by changes to your preferences for our email newsletters.

If you are under 16 you must ask your parent or guardian before you send any information to G-Type, subscribe to our newsletter or ask G-Type to email anything to you. By sending us any information or asking us to send you information you are confirming that you have received the informed consent of your parent or guardian.

As stated at the start of this Policy, we do not collect or store credit/debit card details; if you purchase anything on our Website your full card information is not held by G-Type, your payment is processed by our gateway partner (currently Stripe) and is protected by SSL encryption.
While no computer system is completely secure, we believe the measures implemented by our Website greatly reduce the likelihood of security issues to a level appropriate to the type of data involved.
